I was looking for a flat for my niece and managed to secure one through Haart with the help of Aneesah, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was prompt in responding to every enquiry and any question I had.
A viewing was arranged quickly, and once I fell in love with the flat, the whole process was completed in no time.

Andrew, Gemma, Adam and the rest of the team at Haart Stevenage that have helped me & my Wife sell our house have been superb from start to finish.
From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had.
Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view.
It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.
