Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

The Agent I worked with valued the property at £15,000 more than any of the other 4 Estate Agents I got quotes from. Not only that but she found a buyer at that price in under a week. If names are allowed I'd thoroughly recommend Jazz Rai!
