Viewing at 191 West Point was flawless. Courtney took us through everything we needed to know about the property and about the HAART property portfolio, which was really helpful, as it broadened our search options. Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands.
I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

Didn’t feel they put any effort in, in the beginning. I didn’t like the photos and once they’d taken pics, I didn’t hear from them for ages. The house didn’t go on the market for a couple of weeks and when it did, it took ages for them to do a showing.
