Adam was fantastic throughout our property search. He managed to arrange a viewing for us at very short notice, even though all Saturday appointments were already booked. He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller.<br>Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.

I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

We worked closely with Rose to secure a short term letting. We were relocating back to the UK which made communication a little trickier. rose was extremely proactive in supporting us and presenting highly suitable options to consider. Communication was great throughout the process and Rose was great at working around time zones. Ultimately, we secured an ideal property in a tight timeframe.
