I had been searching for an apartment for ages and anyone who lives in London can understand how stressful it can be . Hamptons were really helpful in my process. Specifically, Evelyn, who was very patient and informative. She helped me to understand my options answered all the questions I had and also gave me multiple options. That’s all you can really ask for during this process. I will definitely use them again for my home search.

We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Blackheath and Sevenoaks) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst.
Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that always felt appraised of the interest in our property.
In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion.

Rental team only - Hamptons marketed a property without conducting any inspection. The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

Rebecca and Tiffany have been absolutely lovely in helping with my apartment search. There was less than one hour between Rebecca responding to my inquiry and my viewing with Tiffany was less! I was extremely pleased with their fast replies and professionalism, I definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a move.

Bernardo was fantastic throughout the entire process. From viewing the flat to moving in, everything was completed within just a week, which is incredibly impressive.
He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage.
The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him.
He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.
