They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.

Hunters are the best estate agents in Selby by far. We moved from one estate agents which had very poor communication and service to Hunters who I can’t fault.
James and his team are very professional, very personable and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent: they kept us up to date at every stage.
I would highly recommend Hunters. They know their stuff!
