I personally dealt with Megan Stewart, property consultant at Jackson Grundy. Of course, I was/still being assisted by others like Johnny, another property During as I go through the process. our first meeting in August 2025, she was very warm and welcoming and especially reassuring that she was going to help me and my husband get the dream house we were looking for. Being a first time buyer and we were not sure of the whole process, and it appeared so daunting to say the least. Megan not helped me finding the house we finally settled for but she also put me through the most brilliant Financial Advisors at Jackson Grundy, James and Louise (who was the main financial advisor who helped me get the right Mortgage loan from our lender. Am hugely grateful to Louise as she continues to help me). I would recommend Megan any day. Never tired of my unsure state every time we went for house viewing. Never judged me and never got tired until the end. The process is still going and she is always on hand to help me. Always ready and smiling and above all happy soul!! Thank you very much Megan. I really appreciate you and everything you have done and still doing as I go through the process. Cheers!!!

As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but the team made everything so much easier from day one. The whole team demonstrated excellence and professionalism. Codie was absolutely brilliant throughout — from showing us around properties to guiding us all the way through to completion. She was always helpful, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. We felt genuinely supported at every stage of the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this estate agent, especially for first-time buyers.

I can't praise J&G highly enough. Initially I went with another estate agent and had no success. As soon as I switched the number of viewings shot up and the sale was completed swiftly and efficiently. Huge thanks to David, Anna, Will and Ben for everything. Exceptional service and I would thoroughly recommend Jackson & Grundy. Thank you guys

I have found Johnny, Meg and the team to be very professional throughout our sales process.
