when I rung the branch, I spoke to Molly. She was incredibly helpful and very comfortable to speak to, made sure all of my questions were answered and she understood exactly what I was asking for. 100% I would recommend anyone I know that is looking for a property to give Molly a call. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had a really positive experience with Molly, who showed me the rental property. She was friendly, professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. Molly was happy to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful throughout the viewing, making the whole experience relaxed and comfortable.<br>Overall, I was very impressed with Molly’s service and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property. I had a fantastic experience with John Francis in Carmarthen throughout my property purchase, and I especially want to mention Claire, who was brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>The communication was excellent. Claire kept me updated throughout and relayed everything from the auction house and seller clearly and promptly, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br><br>She was always professional, approachable and extremely helpful. I really appreciated how well she kept everything moving and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening.<br><br>A massive thank you to Claire and the John Francis team — I’d have no hesitation recommending them!
