We have just moved into the area and had a great experience with Keenans from start to finish.<br>We viewed the house a couple of times before making our offer and then twice again afterwards, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team were so lovely, friendly and accommodating, always happy to answer our questions and arrange extra viewings.<br><br>Buying a house is never without its challenges, but the team were supportive throughout which made a massive difference. We arrived at their office at 4pm on one of the hottest days of the year to collect the keys, and they made us feel so welcome. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate in our new home!!<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Keenans for helping us with our move. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Excellent service all round from the teams in both Bury branch - Abi, Alicia and Elle - and from Harry in the sales progressing team. We switched our listing from another agent and wish we'd gone with Keenans from the start. The team listened to us, acted as we'd requested and it felt very much like they had the best intention for us in mind, and were on our side.<br><br>Our purchase process became quite complicated and drawn out, however, Harry was superb. Patient and understanding, helpful and a phenomenal representative for the business.<br><br>Many thanks to everyone involved with us.<br><br>I would strongly recommend Keenans for anyone looking for a service that cares!

We sold our house in September through Keenans’s after having 2 other estate agents and having no joy . We were so pleased with them from start to finish. Staff in the bury branch are so helpful and keep you informed

Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company

Keenan’s have been amazing throughout the process of our house sale and purchase! When they reached out to us we knew straight away the customer service we would be getting would be unbeatable, made us feel like we was the only customers they was dealing with even though we know how popular they are amongst the property market! Molly was a great help, and very approachable with any questions and queries we had, the vast amount of properties they also have in there portfolio was amazing, and even better so as we have found our next property through them as well, keeping everything with the same estate agents makes moving house so much easier and simpler! Thank you to all of the Keenan’s team for your amazing 5* help!
