Had our property on the market with Keenan’s at the start of the year, also looking at properties to buy through them. Office staff were shockingly slow with responses, poor communication when trying to book in viewings for us to view houses, multiple mistakes with our listing which required back and forth emails, bang average photos. My partner expressed we did not want a for sale sign up but they put one up anyway when we were at work. Seems they’re not interested unless a firm buy/sell situation, or that’s the impression we got anyway. Office staff we dealt with appeared young & inexperienced. Pulled our house off market in April and for sale sign still there!<br><br>*Edit*<br>Firstly the communication both myself and my partner have experienced has been somewhat poor and quite ‘mishap’. I contacted to arrange a viewing on a property over a week ago and was told I’d be called back to confirm the time was ok - I didn’t receive a call back, only yesterday late morning calling my partner to confirm the viewing, by which this time we admittedly had lost interest and this is just a singular example.<br><br>We feel a push could be done with our property in terms of being posted on social media to get more ‘traffic’ and potential viewings. I have also received regular updates about properties in our area/budget from other local estate agents - which we have called to arrange viewings on houses this way, however we have not received anything like this from yourselves - it may be that we miss an ideal property on RightMove and would therefore more likely benefit from regular emails of ideal properties within our area/budget.<br><br>We haven’t had any conversation with anyone in the office officially registering our info on what we are looking for but have done so with other agents at the point of first contact to arrange viewings. This is something lacking and perhaps needs to be implemented for better experience.

Awful move in experience due to staff ineptness added immense unnecessary stress and almost left me homeless, extremely slow and unbothered about getting issues sorted (I was left without hot water for over a month, again adding unnecessary stress for something that turned out to be an easy fix) and after all that, tried to scam me out of most of my deposit when it came time to move out. Luckily I had strong evidence the issues were pre-existing but absolutely diabolical to even try to take peoples hard earned money away from them over issues they damn well knew were pre-existing and never even bothered to fix between tenancies.<br><br>If you absolutely must rent with them be sure to take plenty of photos and videos of the property THE FIRST DAY of moving in and thoroughly check the inventory report as there were really obvious issues missed in mine that they tried to pin on me at the end of the tenancy.

Excellent service from Molly from start to finish!<br>Molly was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of purchasing my house. She was professional, friendly, helpful and always kept me updated whenever there was any progress.<br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Molly made the whole process much easier and was always there to answer any questions I had.
