We recently moved into our new home through Leaders Felixstowe and couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received throughout the process. Georgia, Darcy and Marcus went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible, especially given the challenging circumstances we were facing with our previous tenancy. They were professional, responsive, kind and genuinely caring — always keeping us informed and making us feel like a priority. Moving home with a young family is stressful at the best of times, but having such a dedicated team behind us made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and it’s largely thanks to them. I was extremely impressed with the service that Leaders Spalding provided. After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast.

A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

If you're looking to buy property in Sovereign Harbour, I highly recommend Leaders Estate Agents Eastbourne. Adelaide and her team are friendly, enthusiastic, and thoroughly professional, making the whole experience both enjoyable and stress-free.
Sovereign Harbour itself is a beautiful location, with its stunning marina setting, yet it feels more like a friendly village. It’s also conveniently close to both the town centre and the beach, offering the best of both worlds

From the outset Leaders were extremely helpful and supportive. Kept me informed of progress and helpfully led me through all I had to undertake.
The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house.
I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.
