From our experience, Leaders is very helpful and reliable. I am very pleased we rented this property from Leaders. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!

Awful communication!! I was in contention to get a flat and they just let it to someone else without telling me anything. I filled out the form, had everything basically sorted and then they didn't speak to me for days and then I see let agreed on the website, didn't even find out through them! Terrible, do not use these letting agents.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase.
Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome.
We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action.
Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy.
Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe!
100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

Always been with Leaders since I moved to Southampton 3 years ago and would always recommend to anybody looking for a reliable estate agent especially Harvey Spoor at the Ocean Village office. He has been great helping us find a new property to let and continuously being available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. We recently dealt with Daniel Singleton at Leaders Poole while purchasing our house, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish.
Daniel was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel much smoother by being responsive, honest, and reliable whenever we had questions or needed updates.
What really stood out was how trustworthy and genuine he was. He clearly cared about helping things progress and making sure everything was handled properly, which gave us a lot of confidence during the purchase.

From the outset Leaders were extremely helpful and supportive. Kept me informed of progress and helpfully led me through all I had to undertake.
The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house.
I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.
