We recently rented a property in Ocean Village through Leaders, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Rosie and Jamal were professional, efficient, and very polite throughout. They were both extremely helpful when sorting out all the paperwork. They communicated clearly and answered all of our questions, making the experience smooth and informative.<br><br>Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Rosie and Jamal.

Very poor in communication
Any viewings dates had to be double checked because they would give us wrong date for the day on several occasions
On the market for one year and they were not able to get us one offer

Really happy with the service we received from Leaders. Kim, Isabelle and Anna were all so lovely, helpful and patient throughout the whole process. They made renting our first home so much easier and stress free. Would definitely recommend them!

Me and my partner had a great experience with Sam with Leaders in Norwich. Sam was excellent and kept us well informed throughout the process, he was happy to help with any questions or anything we where not sure of as this was are first time renting. A huge thank u to Sam for all his help.

I have dealt with many letting agents in the past, and I can honestly say the service and care I received from Chloe and Danni at Leaders was exceptional.<br><br>They were both incredibly quick to respond and always proactive in getting things sorted. Danni showed us around two properties and took the time to genuinely discuss the pros and cons of each one with us, considering what would work best for our family. Even though both properties were beautiful, we never felt pressured into making a decision.<br><br>If you are considering putting your property on the rental market, I would thoroughly recommend Leaders. They clearly understand the process and take the time to make sure they are finding the right tenants for your property.<br><br>And for anyone looking to rent, I couldn't recommend Chloe and Danni highly enough. They genuinely have your best interests at heart and don't make you feel like they're simply trying to get another property off the market.<br><br>Excellent service from start to finish - friendly, kind, supportive and professional throughout what can be a very stressful and unsettling time. Throughout the entire journey, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and professionalism. His prompt responses to our queries gave us immense confidence and reassurance at every step. We are truly grateful for his dedication and effort in helping us settle into our new home.<br><br>As first-time renters in the UK coming from overseas, we noticed that letting regulations, verification practices, and administrative procedures differ significantly from what we are accustomed to in Hong Kong. Based on our experience, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could further elevate the service Leaders provides to international clients.<br><br>It would be extremely helpful if Leaders could provide potential overseas tenants with a simple visual workflow or step-by-step roadmap of the rental process at the very beginning. Having a clear outline of the required stages — from referencing and right-to-rent checks to deposit handling and inventory sign-offs — would allow foreign clients to:<br><br>1. Gain a clear understanding of the full end-to-end process.<br><br>2. Accurately estimate realistic move-in schedules.<br><br>3.
