From our experience, Leaders is very helpful and reliable. I am very pleased we rented this property from Leaders. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!

Awful communication!! I was in contention to get a flat and they just let it to someone else without telling me anything. I filled out the form, had everything basically sorted and then they didn't speak to me for days and then I see let agreed on the website, didn't even find out through them! Terrible, do not use these letting agents.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase.
Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome.
We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action.
Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy.
Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe!
100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

23 years with Leaders and 7 years with Fareham and they are the worst agent I have ever used and I have used a few. Hidden fee’s, increase rents and then when questioned as no correspondence supporting this they said it was my fault for not noticing, I wanted to leave them then but stuck in contract or would have cost me £2500 to leave.
My last tenant didn’t pay their last months rent and Emily at leaders just sent the guarantor an email saying would she like to make a payment, what’s the point of them, I now am taking them to court as they didn’t take it out of the deposit either.
Zero deposit!?! Well, the tenant paid around £4000 and at the end still needed to find the money to pay for damages. Leaders also think it’s ok to cut on a brand new worktop as they had a new kitchen, costing me £650 to replace as they never used a cutting board but I was given £20 on the adjudication. wardrobes that were wrecked, buckled they gave me £80 that wouldn’t even cover the removal of them they cost me £1750 to replace.
Honestly ive used Romans before and they were amazing so not the whole company are unprofessional but this Leaders, they were slandering me to the tenant apparently and no care for your property. If you use them I hope you don’t need them for any problems, as they won’t help you. I’ve had more help from Bernard’s in 2 months with a couple of properties than I have with leaders in 23 years.
What I can say about Leaders is that Josh in their tenancy management team are amazing Josh is so professional and knowledgeable just a great end of a bad experience from Fareham.
