Working through Leaders to sell our house in the UK has been a very positive experience even though stressfull. Living in Canada we totally relied on our real estate agents to take us through the process and provide us with trustworthy advice. Very disappointing and expensive experience dealing with Leaders Cambridge. Poor communication, repeated delays, and a total lack of accountability caused significant stress and unexpected costs.<br><br>Firstly, no one showed up to my initial viewing, and during the application process I felt pressured to take out insurance covering the landlord’s possessions before even seeing a tenancy agreement, let alone signing one. I also felt they were attempting to pressure me into using their 'no-deposit scheme', as it was strongly implied that my application would be viewed less favourably than others if I opted to pay a traditional deposit.<br><br>Most seriously, my move-in date changed multiple times at short notice (once was at 4:30pm on the day I was due to move in). This was because Leaders had failed to do the appropriate safety checks prior to listing the property, which resulted in an discrepancy with the EICR certificate holding everything up. Despite assurances that this would be fixed promptly, further delays and absolutely no updates followed after an entire week. During this time, I incurred unexpected hotel, moving, and transport costs because these delays left me with no where to live.<br><br>Still with no tenancy agreement to be seen 3 weeks after paying my deposit, I was eventually left with no choice but to withdraw my application and requested the return of my £173.07 holding deposit as the statutory time frame had long since passed. At the time of writing, my decision still has not even been acknowledged after yet another week and instead I have received further pushy emails proposing new move-in dates (unsurprisingly delayed even further by the landlord deciding to paint the property).<br><br>The handling of this situation fell well below expectations and, as such, I would not recommend the use of Leaders Cambridge.

No real communication only after it had been on a few weeks they rang to ask about lowering the price. Had no faith they would find a buyer overall very disappointing
