Very pleased with the service I received from L&S in terms of the sale of my house.<br>Both Mollie and Laura have been very professional , friendly and efficient during the whole process. Good communication via email and phone has helped alleviate a lot of the anxieties that inevitably arise.

We were very happy with how Laura, Molly and the team handled the sale of our house. My wife and I have been house hunting and Molly (Dunn) has shown us around multiple properties.<br>Molly is both professional and incredibly friendly and made us feel super comfortable at each viewing. Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

We are extremely impressed by the service received from Jake Aldridge of the Headingley branch. Received an appointment to view a flat very quickly and had confirmation that we were successful in securing the flat the next morning. Very efficient, excellent service, extremely friendly and helpful!
