Matt Chandler at Mansell McTaggart has recently handled a property sale for me and has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout. This was a remote sale so I was relying on the agent even more than usual for all aspects. He demonstrated sound and considered market knowledge and I felt secure accepting his advice. Neighbours who met him the property commented on the interest he showed during his appraisal and the amount of time he took to make sure he understood the property fully. I wanted a quick sale and this was achieved even with some challenging circumstances.<br>Everyone who answered the phone at Mansells did their best to help me throughout the transaction. Many thanks to the whole team.

My estate agent was Josh McGee, on first meeting Josh he presented as very professional and knowledgeable about his role, he instilled great confidence in his ability to sell my property.<br>Communication skills were excellent and thoughtful.<br>After the sale of my property I can honestly say I was very impressed with Mansell Taggart as a first class agency and would highly recommend.

What can I say about Gareth ? I hadn’t moved for 32 years and to say I was nervous is an understatement! However Gareth’s calm confidence , warm and professional manner in every aspect of the house sale was amazing . Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap fir coming across as insincere I think that Gareth is the antidote to that . He really is one in a million and I would not hesitate to recommend him .
