Joseph Marks and Josh McGee recently introduced us to a property in Reigate. A viewing was arranged at the week-end and we were met at the property by Julie. We were extremely impressed by her friendly and professional manner, a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and also the surrounding area. Julie answered all our questions, the property “ticked all the right boxes” and we made an offer the same day.

Very negative experience. Oliver was probably using AI and copy-pasting responses in emails—nothing felt personal or genuine. He also used high-pressure sales tactics and seemed willing to say anything to close a deal. I was helping my mum sell her property and was really put off by the whole approach.

I was walking around Billingshurst and I happened upon Mansell McTaggart…as they were not immediately pressed with anything serious to do… they explained that they had not been selling many properties lately and we’re in some sort of a slump.<br><br>I recommended that we go down the street to the pub and have a few pints where I could tell them about a better way to spread the word of property sales in such a competitive market.<br><br>They were definitely eager and followed me.<br><br>After many, many pints and laughter shared, I told Oliver that he needed to put a broom stick between his legs and gallop around the town like a little horsey. All the while telling anybody who would listen that he was in desperate need of a property sale and anything they could do would help.<br><br>I haven’t yet heard about how successful this venture was, but I do think that if it was carried out with the same level of honesty and integrity that they certainly carry with them every day, they will no doubt be triumphant.

We were very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Michael and the team at Mansell McTaggart in Cuckfield during our recent house move.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Michael was incredibly helpful, proactive, and communicative, keeping us informed at every step and liaising smoothly and effectively with the vendor to ensure everything progressed without a hitch.<br><br>This is now the second move Michael has overseen for us, and the standard of service has been consistently brilliant each time. We would definitely use his services again when the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the Cuckfield branch to anyone looking to move.
