Would not recommend Nicholas Humphreys as an agency to use for student houses in Nottingham. When we moved in there was many below the surface problems all of which we followed procedure as tenants and reported these issues via Fixflo. Some of the matters were resolved (issues like bed legs broken), door handles broken, wasps in the upstairs bedroom and flickering lights. However the things that have most annoyed me with the agency is my blind and a leak from the upstairs bathroom which have not been resolved yet (over 2 weeks later). I reported my blind over 2 weeks ago and a person came to ‘inspect the blind’ and rightfully came to the conclusion that a new blind was needed. I was not able to get an answer from agency on whether a blind has been ordered. I still do not know what the status of my blind and hopefully it will be resolved shortly.

Absolutely shocking service. Reports made about a landlord going into my 18yr olds room while she was sleeping numerous times. All repairs reported were never done. When finally moved out took £300 from her account as couldn’t get it from other tenants. Disgraceful. Constantly said Shelly the agents mailbox was full.<br>Do not use this company!!!

Currently buying a property through Nicholas Humphreys and couldn't have asked for anyone better than Annie to help guide us through the process. They have been easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. I would definitely come back to Nicholas Humphreys next time we are selling a property.

House was a state upon moving in. We had mice rats and spiders galore as well as various code violations including a tilted oven and a gas stove blocking the fire door . When it came to moving out I was charged £50 for a mark that was supposedly on my bedroom wall, however the picture they used as evidence was as a different room. Save yourself some money and stress and don’t move in to a property managed by these money hungry, scammers. Also take note of how all the good reviews here are for viewings and not for how well they manage the properties.
