Were my estate agents at whilst I was at University. Really poor in terms of arranging things to be fixed and replaced. My bed broke and wasn’t usable and it genuinely took them over a month to replace. It was similar for the multiple leaks I had in the room. My room was essentially uninhabitable and they did nothing to fix<br>Were fair and quick to give back the deposit to be fair to them but my overall experience was really poor and I’d be mindful about renting with them. Clearly do take advantage of students and provide a really poor and slow service.

House was a state upon moving in. We had mice rats and spiders galore as well as various code violations including a tilted oven and a gas stove blocking the fire door . When it came to moving out I was charged £50 for a mark that was supposedly on my bedroom wall, however the picture they used as evidence was as a different room. Save yourself some money and stress and don’t move in to a property managed by these money hungry, scammers. Also take note of how all the good reviews here are for viewings and not for how well they manage the properties.

Nicholas Humphreys was an amazing letting agent during the two years I was a tenant with them. Their maintenance team is wonderful and prompt, and if things could not be done, it was explained to us why with clear reasoning. They were excellent with our deposit after the tenancy ended and have in general been great to rent from. Particularly thank you to Hayley who was wonderful throughout the whole thing. Massively recommend if you are a student in Manchester.

Excellent letting management. Communication was quick and clear the whole way through, and the deposit process at the end of the tenancy was handled fairly and without any hassle. Shelley in particular was great to deal with. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
