I requested a property valuation from Oakfield Estate agents via their website on a Sunday evening and was contacted by Georgia first thing the following morning to take some details and arrange a visit. Karen Fogarty visited our home a few days later, she had clearly done a lot of research ahead of the visit and gave a comprehensive explanation of her valuation. She had several other example properties that Oakfield had recently sold in the local area (detailed on a large tablet) and left us in no doubt at all that her valuation was fair and accurate. We have since decided that it isn’t quite the right time to move, but when the time does come – we will definitely be reapproaching Oakfield. I would thoroughly recommend their services! :)

I had such a great experience with Oakfield Estate agents in Uckfield when selling my house. I found them the right combination of honest and ambitious in setting a price for my home and we managed to sell within three working days of going on the market with a price I was most happy with and that was more than I thought we could achieve. Communication with them was great and their advice on what I could do to help sell my home quickly was sound and most helpful. I’m very glad I chose them.

We had such a fantastic experience with Oakfield from start to finish, and especially with Casey. She was absolutely amazing – professional, efficient, and incredibly quick at responding to every question we had. No matter what we asked, she explained everything clearly and got back to us straight away, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
She went out of her way to arrange viewings at times that suited us and gave us plenty of time to properly look around without feeling rushed. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive throughout.
Most importantly, she really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right flat to rent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent.

Oakfield in Lewes worked very hard over quite a lengthy sales process (it was an unusual, very old, listed house, not an easy sell) to successfully find us a buyer: they've been efficient, friendly, communicative and positive throughout, and we really glad we chose them to work with. Robin and Jo in particular were excellent and we really appreciate their unstinting efforts to see us through to completion of our sale.
