Lucy was absolutely outstanding! She made me feel as though I was her only customer, giving me her undivided attention throughout. Her warmth, friendliness, and exceptional efficiency were truly impressive. Nothing was too much trouble, and her level of service went above and beyond my expectations. An absolute credit to the team!

Shocking experience where the aggressive incompetent sales manageress tried to upsell me on a dodgy ex rental where the previous owner had made a mess of a renovation 20 years ago. Yes - Im English but Im not stupid or responsible for something 500 years ago!!!

Was over the moon with the wonderful service from Elspeth and the team at Pacitti Jones Burnside. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their local knowledge and professionalism is second to none. A real pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Pacitti jones stood out as having a realistic and experienced view of the market. The speed and quality of services in the lead up to property going on the market was impressive, and the very helpful portal and email updates with viewings booked info and viewing feedback were excellent. Very easy to deal with, professional and helpful staff, would absolutely recommend
