Angela has been amazing with the property that we rented always being very proffesional to get things done that we reported.<br>Always had a friendly service when she did checks on the property.<br>It was not just a house it was a home to us so knowing we had Angela there when needed was always a comfort.

I am a solo landlord with one property in Southampton. I went to Pearsons 5 years ago via recommendation. They have held my hand through the numberious regulations, chosen excellent tenants and organise local tradespersons for the small maintenance that crop up.<br>In my opinion they are a role model of professionalism and client care [both landlord and tenant]. Thank heavens we still have companies like Persons.

Pearsons helped me sell my elderly uncle’s bungalow in Romsey when he went to a care home. I was living 2 hours away and they made the whole process so easy for me. They checked the empty house once a week, organised a plumber when there was a leak and organised house clearance and a deep clean before completion. At times I also felt like they were doing the job of our overpriced solicitors! I really cannot recommend them highly enough. A special mention to Karin who was so kind and helpful to me through this whole process.

We could not have wished for a better estate agent. Realistic in valuations exceptionally helpful , nothing was too much trouble.We sold and bought through Pearsons of Bishops Waltham. The whole team from Debbie, Nicki and Angelina cannot have been more friendly, helpful and outstanding in their professionism.<br>Dog friendly was a bonus! We cannot recommend them highly enough.<br>Help yourself and pop into the office , you will be delighted as well as served well by super people and not dissapointed.
