We had no problem in selling our late mother's house through Pearsons. They were very good with the negotiating process and the property sold very quickly. They were very professional, friendly and explained the whole process (and options) of selling the property.

I've been a commercial and residential landlord since 1994. During that time I've used a number of different residential letting agents most of whom have been breathtakingly average on their good days. The team at Pearsons do not belong to this group. They are good. They are professional. They are easy to deal with. They have my unreserved thanks and I recommend them without reservation.

We could not have wished for a better estate agent. Realistic in valuations exceptionally helpful , nothing was too much trouble.We sold and bought through Pearsons of Bishops Waltham. The whole team from Debbie, Nicki and Angelina cannot have been more friendly, helpful and outstanding in their professionism.<br>Dog friendly was a bonus! We cannot recommend them highly enough.<br>Help yourself and pop into the office , you will be delighted as well as served well by super people and not dissapointed.
