I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating.
Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I had an excellent experience with Peter Alan in Merthyr Tydfil. The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
