While 1 solicitor seemed to be dragging their feet over settling on a moving date, in a small chain of 3, Louise at Redbrik was super at contacting them and keeping us updated almost every day during the last 3 weeks or so of the process. Redbrik are so professional and we never felt ignored. So pleased with their performance.

Thank you to all the team at Chesterfield, Hannah, Ellice and especially Andrew. Sold our property within a couple of months but had the most demanding cash buyer, who wanted everything done at her pace. Andrew and the team handled everything quickly and professionally, even though we were getting extremely frustrated with her demands. Sale completed and a big thank you to all. Would definitely recommend ??????

Lisa and the team were fantastic during our purchase. It wasn't all plain sailing, the owner of the property sadly passed away and a couple of days after probate was granted our buyers suddenly pulled out. Despite all this they got us over the finishing line at their end and handed us the keys at the beginning of July. 10/10

I honestly can't recommend Redbrik highly enough. From the very beginning through to getting the keys to my first home, the service I received was exceptional. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Matt made the entire experience smooth, straightforward and genuinely enjoyable.<br><br>A huge thank you to Matt, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond at every stage, always making time to answer my questions, keeping me regularly updated and explaining everything in a way that gave me complete confidence. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and his patience, professionalism and genuine care made such a difference.<br><br>What stood out most was how supported I felt. Redbrik, Crystal peaks have been excellent from start to finish! Professional, polite, helpful and attentive. Buying a house or selling a house is very stressful, especially when you’re a single person, Emily and Tammy were excellent and helped me through the smooth process.
