Strange one, we had to leave our tenancy due the the owner selling up, during our 10 years at the address, the owner changed letting agent, about 5 years ago, we thought the new agent would automatically have the deposit move with them, it did not, Naomi Goodwin from romans' worked through the electronic and paper trail and sorted the issues quickly. thank you

I dealt with Sarah initially to view my house and subsequently made a successful offer managed by Sarah. She has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. I also dealt with Bethany while Sarah was on holiday and she was also most helpful and supportive. I would no hesitation in recommending this Office based on my personal experience.
