This is one of the worst estate agencies I've ever dealt with. They take your money then refuse to reply to you for weeks coming up with excuse after excuse. Ever day it's a different excuse about why they are so useless and unprofessional. Total scam. They will cost you money in wasted time.

Ellis Matthews at the Ryton branch has been an absolute god send ?????? she's been lovely, professional and extremely patient with me as this has been my first time buying and she never hesitated to help when I called up with questions or to help me chase my own solicitors when I couldn't get a response from them.
