Not coming from this area of Newcastle I did not know who to put the house up for sale with.

They are nice people to deal with but their overall approach can only be described as passive. I made the running on price reduction and they just complied. Communication was poor . I had to chase them to get the result of a viewing. Overall, a wasted year.
