This is one of the worst estate agencies I've ever dealt with. They take your money then refuse to reply to you for weeks coming up with excuse after excuse. Ever day it's a different excuse about why they are so useless and unprofessional. Total scam. They will cost you money in wasted time.

Ellis Matthews at the Ryton branch has been an absolute god send ?????? she's been lovely, professional and extremely patient with me as this has been my first time buying and she never hesitated to help when I called up with questions or to help me chase my own solicitors when I couldn't get a response from them. We recently completed the purchase of our property, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Matthew for all of his help throughout the process.<br><br>From our initial viewing through to completion, Matthew was always approachable, professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. Buying a property can be stressful, but he kept us updated and was always willing to help where he could.<br><br>We did encounter an issue with the agreed fixtures and fittings just before completion due to an administrative error. Although it was understandably frustrating, Matthew was honest about what had happened, spoke directly with the seller, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication and willingness to help meant we were able to reach an agreement without delaying completion.<br><br>I’d particularly like to thank Matthew for his patience, professionalism and support throughout what was a long process.
