We chose Rook Mathews Sayer in Forest Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne for the sale of our house. From the first meeting regarding photographs, videos etc, everything went through very quickly thanks to the professionalism of the staff involved. This resulted in a very quick sale which is what everyone wants when selling their homes. We chose to use one of their partnered Solicitors, Premier Property Lawyers. A good experience all round. Many thanks to everyone involved. We'd definitely recommend.

RMS Ryton were really helpful and friendly throughout the process of my house purchase. All the staff are brilliant and helped make the sale easy. I had regular updates and could easily get in touch when needed. Would recommend to anyone

very helpful staff where always on hand to help and push things along. Only downside was using one of their panel solicitors as they were rubbish and extremely slow never replied or answered calls. they also overpriced my home, I would of still used them had they priced it correctly as I had a good feeling about them.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Jaime enough! He has been brilliant from start to finish — always so quick to respond and kept us updated every step of the way. Rook Matthews Sayer (Jesmond) have managed my property for the last 17 years, including around 15 years as a rental property and the last 2 years while it was on the market for sale.
Throughout the rental period they were generally reliable and easy to deal with. Whenever maintenance issues arose, they would contact me promptly and arrange local contractors to carry out the work at reasonable cost. Over a long period of ownership, there were no major problems and I felt the property was looked after well.
During the sales process there were a few challenges, including a complicated issue involving a neighbouring property which resulted in the power being disconnected to the building. Although this took some time to resolve, RMS were able to provide the information I needed and the sale was ultimately completed successfully.
Communication was mainly via email rather than phone calls, but I found the team responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Managing a property from a distance can be difficult, so I appreciated having an agent who could deal with issues on my behalf over many years.
Overall, I would like to thank the team at RMS Jesmond for their support over the last 17 years and wish them all the best for the future.
