Excellent service from the first moment we spoke, all the way through the process of putting our property on the market. Superb customer service from all of the team. Communication after every view was brilliant thanks to Sophie, Reece and Gary. We felt valued and that they were working for us to get the best price. I would certainly recommend Seymour’s Staines!

We had a very positive experience with Seymours Estate Agents, and in particular with Jamie Henderson and Clare Bryan.
Jamie supported us during the early stages of our purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always responsive, reassuring, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference at what can be quite a stressful time.
Clare helped us during the later stages and did a great job coordinating communication with the sellers and keeping the process moving. She was proactive in following up on both sides and clearly worked hard to help progress things as smoothly as possible.
Overall, we really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and support during the purchase. Thank you both for helping us get over the line!

I've been dealing with many different agencies when searching to rent a property, but only Seymours are worth recommending in my experience. Speedy, professional and transparent from the very beginning. The team I've dealt with (Kez, Olivia, and Ana) have all been super helpful throughout the whole process of renting. Hopefully more agencies can adopt such a high standard of services with no trickery involved.

Seymours appear to have very good local knowledge and their offices cover a wide area. I have put good for value for money as nobody likes parting with it! Having said that they did me a good deal.
I have put good for valuation accuracy as the situation is such at the moment that the earlier valuation was greater than the market will stand, although online estimates suggest otherwise and are clearly way too generous!

Simon and Anabelle have been very helpful and patient since the first day, and throughout the process. They were very attentive and polite in answering the numerous questions I threw at them during the process. Thanks to them, my husband and I will soon be enjoying our new rented flat.
