I cannot recommend Seymours Godalming highly enough to anyone looking to rent in the area, and would particularly like to mention how amazing Josh Frewin was in helping me find a new home.<br><br>I had been searching for quite a while before contacting Seymours and was feeling really exhausted and stressed out by the process. But when I contacted the Seymours Godalming office, Josh genuinely listened to what I was looking for and even showed me a property that was just about to come onto the market that he thought would be a good fit for me, and which ended up being absolutely perfect! Josh gave the kind of personal touch service that no other agent had provided, and that really made all the difference.<br><br>Josh kept me updated at each stage, and he and the team moved things forward quickly (which was really impressive given the rather short turnaround for the move in date!) From the first phone call, Josh was friendly and helpful and his professionalism and initiative really stood out. He took away all the stress I’d experienced with other agents and has genuinely helped make this the easiest and least stressful move I’ve ever had!<br><br>I’m so happy in my new home (the ‘welcome to your new home’ card from the team was a lovely touch!) and I’m really grateful to Josh and the team for making this happen!

We recently sold our home through Seymours and overall had a very good experience, even in what has been a tougher market. The team worked hard from the outset and generated a strong level of viewings, which helped us secure a buyer sooner than expected.<br><br>Although the sale itself took longer than hoped due to delays further down the chain, Seymours remained proactive throughout. In particular, Simon Gresswell has been excellent — consistently chasing, pushing, and keeping us updated to move things forward wherever possible. His communication and persistence have been genuinely appreciated.<br><br>Despite the challenges outside of their control, Seymours have been professional, supportive, and committed to getting the sale over the line.

We contacted Seymours Godalming after receiving a leaflet offering a free valuation. Although we are not currently planning to sell, we are undertaking a long-term renovation and wanted professional advice on improving our home while considering its future value.<br><br>Ian kindly visited and, drawing on his decades of local experience, gave us extremely constructive and thoughtful advice on what to improve, what to preserve and what to avoid. There was no pressure to sell — just friendly, professional advice. We particularly appreciated his advice to renovate for ourselves, enjoy our home and make it a well-loved and cared-for property.<br><br>We came away with a much clearer direction. Many thanks to Ian and the Seymours Godalming team. Highly recommended!

The service I have received from start to almost finished has been 5 star!! Jennifer has been amazing, professional and kind during my entire process which goes a long way in this crazy world!! Think the agent should have verified funds/mortgage was approved by purchaser and in place. Lost the sale resulting in extra costs and eventually selling at a further loss of £5k

I’ve known Mark for over 25 years, so I was really pleased to have him and the team at Seymours handle the sale of my property in Staines.<br><br>From start to finish, the service was excellent. Communication was always clear, regular and personal, and I always felt that the sale was in safe hands.
