Ollie and Lauren have been absolute legends these past couple of weeks—seriously, massive help. They sorted everything out fast, kept me in the loop, and made what could’ve been a total nightmare actually bearable. Can I fault them? Not a chance. Arranged to view a property with Ismaeel which was confirmed that day. After leaving work early and travelling for 30 minutes I arrived early and expected to see him in the lobby. I tried to contact him but got no response, I went up to the flat and no one was there. He made no effort to contact me to tell me he'd arrived or where we should meet and either didn't actually show up or just left without trying to find me.
The next day he had the cheek to email me to ask if I "was sure I was at the spot?".
He was totally unprofessional and lacks any common courtesy.
Thanks for wasting my time.
And judging by the other reviews, I can't wait to see the AI generated response to these comments or a claim that "my name isn't in their system".
Avoid.

Many thanks to Terry for being patient with us and taking the time to find us the right property even though our wants and needs were constantly evolving. His knowledge of the local area was brilliant and he knew perfectly which properties to place us with and made the whole experience easy and straightforward. He is a real credit to this branch!

In the process of getting our house but have to mention that we received an outstanding customer service from Olivia Fortner. she did make our mortgage process smooth and found us a suitable lender. Beyond advising on mortgage options, she provided prompt respond to all our questions and helped us in putting offers on the houses. A positive and supportive experience at every step of the way.

Recently let our house out and settled on using Shipways and I am so happy we did!!
Both Ellie & Elton were so helpful running us through all new regulations and owner responsibilities!
They have so many trades on hand to help which was useful as the house needed quite a bit of work and it didn't cost a fortune.
For now we are very happy to leave the management of our house in the hands of Ellie & Elton and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property.
Thank you for all your help along the way, it ended up being a lengthy process but we got there in the end!! Side note it was a lengthy process due to previous property issues ????????????
