Extremely disappointed, we had arranged a viewing and a time today, and we reached outside the property had to come quite a distance, and they refused to pick up any calls didn't have any agents available and after waiting 40 mins and being forwarded to voicemail I had no option but to leave. Avoid these property agents they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about other people's time

We have just recently started renting a property from Shipways. Euan was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear. We moved from abroad so did not have long for viewings and needed to move in quickly on a specific day and Euan found us the right house and reassured us throughout. We would highly recommend Euan and Shipways.

I couldn’t recommend Ajwa enough. As a young first-time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made the whole mortgage process so much easier. She was always informative, explained everything clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available whenever I had questions. Her communication and support throughout the process were excellent, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help. Thank you, Ajwa, for making what could have been a long and confusing process feel so straightforward.

I have a property up for sale with Shipways, Hagley and have found the team to be most accommodating so far. From the offset they have been helpful with photography and getting the right shots of the property, thank you Charlotte, Evie has been a delight to work with always keeping me up to speed with viewings and feedback, Amber has been most professional and has had a Teams meeting with us to discuss progress. I had another property on sale previously and it sold within a week of it being on the market, what more can I say they've all been so helpful! Thank you Michelle Ruffieux

Friendly service so far. I have been speaking to Hannah and Callum and they have been very informative and polite throughout whereas the other estate agents have been difficult to work with. Hannah and Callum have been very responsive and patient and I really hope I am able to find a property soon!
