I sold my property in Kempston through their team, each member has a dedicated roll, Alex was spot with his valuation, Clover’s fabulous photography and marketing skills brought many perspective buyers through the door, the sales team expertly showed my house with care and attention to detail, Debbie’s after sales service kept the sale progressing right to the end. I can honestly say that their communication and support throughout the process was professional, prompt, warm and caring. Finn, Molly and Brad were great. Our house sold in 4 weeks after every viewing they gave us feedback. From when we received an offer on the house they kept us up to date on how the sale was going. Super great people with an excellent service I would highly recommend Urban and Rural.

We could not have wished for a better estate agent. They knew their market so well. Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.
