We recently sold our house with Urban + Rural Bletchley, we worked with David, Fin and Molly. They've worked really hard to secure us a quick and sucessful sale for a price we were really happy with. The sale moved very very quickly, the team had three viewings organised within the first week of listing the property, we accepted an offer on the house less than a week later. They've been very organised with communication, David set up a family WhatsApp group for us so we could keep a track of messages together, one of the team would always be on call to answer any queries we had. The listing for the house was great, it showed the property in its best light, the photography was very well done. The house was unfurnished prior to the sale so David produced some additional images for us with furniture present to give prospective buyers an idea of what the house could look like. I think the overall quality of the listing helped us to get a good number of viewings in a short space of time. The sale process itself was straightforward and the team made sure any checks and documents we needed were handled quickly. I would highly recommend Urban + Rural, they were calm, efficient and very professional and kept a potentially stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.

Am so grateful to Lesley at Urban Rural for making the house sale of my late Mum’s house go so smoothly. Initially Amanda came out to value it and I knew straight away that they were the right estate agent, so professional and friendly and she fully understood my situation. Fantastic communication with myself and Lesley constantly chased up the solicitors to avoid unnecessary delays! All the staff were amazing at keeping me updated with viewings and feedback. As I live so far away I needed to have peace of mind that everything was being looked after and it certainly was. I highly recommend!

These are the worst estate agents I have ever used. They make little effort and their professionalism is awful. They put no effort in actually selling and instead constantly put pressure on you to lower the price. Do you self a favour an d use Taylors or connells who are way more professional. Wasted 6 months with these guys.
