I sold two properties with Urban and Rural Lesley looked after me and I would say they were very helpful and also chased the solicitor to help move the sale along. If I had my time again though I wouldn't use their recommended solicitor i found them incompetent and I had to provide solutions to issues they created.

We had many viewings through Urban & Rural. Unfortunately none materialised into an offer to buy. Good communication. The property looks tired and we need to re evaluate our options.

Neil, Cathy, Albina and Steve are all friendly, knowledgeable and well equipped to deal with any queries I had.
Marketing of my property was so good that it sold in 6 days.
I would highly recommend using Urban and Rural Stopsley if you were thinking of selling or buying.

These are the worst estate agents I have ever used. They make little effort and their professionalism is awful. They put no effort in actually selling and instead constantly put pressure on you to lower the price. Do you self a favour an d use Taylors or connells who are way more professional. Wasted 6 months with these guys.
