Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never had to deal with a property manager as incompetent as Jack Newman from the Battersea branch.
Don’t be lured in by relatively cheap prices. Many of the properties (incl the one I stayed in) are in terrible conditions that you won’t see at first sight. For example, I found out that they knew about water leaks before I moved in, lots of noise from the neighbor above and mice in the flat - they knew about all of this, but never told us. I’d avoid them, there properties and especially Jack at all costs.

We bought a property through this Winkworth. They were great, professional and relaxed and not pushy (like some others!). Kirk helped us and kept both sides moving and went above chasing westminster city council for us even. Really great experience and felt like I could always get hold of them when needed!
