Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust.
Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale.
I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never had to deal with a property manager as incompetent as Jack Newman from the Battersea branch.
Don’t be lured in by relatively cheap prices. Many of the properties (incl the one I stayed in) are in terrible conditions that you won’t see at first sight. For example, I found out that they knew about water leaks before I moved in, lots of noise from the neighbor above and mice in the flat - they knew about all of this, but never told us. I’d avoid them, there properties and especially Jack at all costs.

Tobi and Gemma were honestly amazing from start to finish when it came to selling my place on Mildenhall Road, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to handle everything. They just made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free, which is not something I was expecting at all! They really know their stuff, gave great advice at every stage, and were always on hand to answer questions or keep me in the loop. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting the best result for me, and they absolutely delivered. What I loved most was how down-to-earth and approachable they were while still being super professional and on it the whole time. It never felt like just another sale to them. I’d recommend them to literally anyone in Hackney without hesitation, and by the end of it all it felt less like working with agents and more like having a couple of friends helping you through a big life moment.
