4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Arranged to view a property with Ismaeel which was confirmed that day. After leaving work early and travelling for 30 minutes I arrived early and expected to see him in the lobby. I tried to contact him but got no response, I went up to the flat and no one was there. He made no effort to contact me to tell me he'd arrived or where we should meet and either didn't actually show up or just left without trying to find me. The next day he had the cheek to email me to ask if I "was sure I was at the spot?". He was totally unprofessional and lacks any common courtesy. Thanks for wasting my time. And judging by the other reviews, I can't wait to see the AI generated response to these comments or a claim that "my name isn't in their system". Avoid.

They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
