I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

They put my details into their system and every time there was a property in my price range, I'd have a phone call telling me about it, something other agents don't do on the regular. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking to buy.

Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.
