Market conditions at the time were not idea but we always felt reassured that we were in the right hands and that our goal would be achieved. The sale price achieved was excellent and worth the wait for the right buyer to come along. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Knight Frank Bath office to family and friends.
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We recently used Davies & Davies to sell our house. It was a difficult sale over 18 months. However, Davies & Davies were excellent from start to finish , especially Isaac, who you always felt had your best interest in mind. Excellent experience and I will be using them again if I need to buy or sell again. It’s rare to find an estate agent with a personal touch, if that is what you need with your sale or purchase, look no further.

16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Great service from Natalie and Orion holidays. We booked at very short notice and they couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed in 43 Spring lake which was amazing value so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second week at 89 windrush lake which was even better. Have recommended to friends and family already. 5 stars just isn't enough. Thank you Natalie and Orion Holidays.

Adelaide was the dream agent, responsive, friendly, professional, informed, supportive and with a sense of humour. My experience with Allan and Harris was excellent, attentive and personal. Thank you to everyone who made this experience easy and truly pleasant.

While viewing one of their properties, I knew they'd be the team to do it. Special thanks to Sam and Rich, and the whole team over at Rogers, Emma, Ian, everyone. A brilliant Team, and super friendly, even during the stressful bits . Highly and thoroughly recommend if you are selling or buying a home in Frome, or the surrounding areas. Konnor was sharp and quick on correspondence and getting information to us. He was kind and supportive of us and our relative and led us thoughtfully through the financial and identity checks. He was great to meet at the property too - well informed and found out other information that we had requested. It was an all round positive experience.

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

5th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)The property was not sold and the agent was not pro-active, all throughout the advertising stage, there was a lack of communication, did not receive any feedback or appointments on a monthly or weekly update, didn't even let us know, when out of office to pass us on to others whilst on holiday.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
