Although it has been an emotional time we received great service through Peter David Properties in Brighouse. Right from the start the valuation was spot on and we received regular updates throughout. Annette in particular helped us to complete the sale. Highly recommended.

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!

- 7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Vastly over valued the property. Even with a reduction, the asking price was to high resulting in no viewings. The property was taken down for no reason. We had to travel to the office to get any answers as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message as the mailbox is full. Nobody could tell us what had happened, but a few local houses were also removed from Rightmove for no reason, took a week to get them back online....and then it happened again a few weeks later.We actually had someone knock on the door as they had spent three days trying to arrange a viewing, but as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message.....nothing ever gets done.

Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Everything fine with Estate agent, Ann Marie was fantastic, however can't leave 5 stars as the Homelet part of the process was very invasive and over the top. It felt like we were being treat like criminals and we had to prove our innocence. Apart from that, it would be 5 stars.

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot stress enough how horrible this branch is. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any time a concern or question is raised, instead of being helpful, you are met with attitude, excuses, and condescending responses. It’s like they actively enjoy making tenants feel frustrated and powerless.<br><br>From start to finish, this branch shows zero respect or care for the people renting through them. They consistently ignore evidence, refuse to acknowledge mistakes, and seem to think that being unpleasant is an acceptable way to handle complaints. I’ve never experienced such a shocking level of arrogance and unhelpfulness from a lettings office.<br><br>Dealing with this branch is a waste of time, money, and energy. They have no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no regard for tenants. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this branch entirely, there are plenty of other agencies that actually treat people like human beings.

She handled everything, even down to perfecting photos to showcase the properties at their best. Her advice and guidance throughout were invaluable. Nicole always answered my questions & phoned me back when she said she would. A great experience at which could have been a stressful time.

Sarah, our estate agent, was incredible from our first viewing right down to collecting the keys. She was informative, explaining everything so that we understood it and answered all our queries really quickly. She was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed any advice or to direct us to the right person. We didn’t feel any pressure, Sarah was super relaxed and friendly, and we’re really pleased we had her to help us purchase our first home!
