Rebecca looked after us and was brilliant at communicating, chasing solicitors and giving us frequent updates. We were on a tight timescale due to expecting a baby and were able to complete within 9 weeks, thanks to their excellent support and recommendations! I would recommend Robert Watts to any other first time buyers and would definitely go to them again in the future.

I never once hesitated to contact her and she would literally reply in minutes, despite the crazy number of questions she would receive! The whole process with Hanna at William H Brown has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend Hanna to anyone applying for a mortgage.

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.
