They remained involved from beginning to end, regularly chasing for updates and helping to make everything move more quickly and smoothly. Their communication and support made the experience much less stressful.<br><br>They also made completion feel extra special by giving me a lovely gift box, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend Dinsdales Estates to anyone buying or selling a property.

They were professional, reliable and always easy to deal with, keeping me informed and handling any issues that came up with the tenant efficiently. It made renting out my property much more straightforward and took a lot of the stress out of managing it myself. I’d happily recommend them to other landlords looking for a dependable letting agent.- 23rd Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Wasted a hour of my time turned up 15 minutes early thinking they would arrive on time phoned after viewing time and said they could not come attend the viewing Absolutely disgraceful no respect for a person's time absolute waste of a company.
2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I rented a property with these quite a few years ago, it was absolutely riddled in mice like a massive infestation. At the time I was really young around 19 years old. I had 2 young children with me, one of my daughters was still crawling. I would have to clean daily so she didn’t come across any mice droppings. The kitchen was completely rotten like actually falling apart under the sink, the oven cooker was so filthy I had to clean it for 2 days before I cooked any meals, I painted the kitchen cupboard front that were all rotten and got my bond taken off me for what they said would be to replace the whole kitchen I had apparently ruined! Ha! Should’ve been replaced before I moved in it was that bad. The carpets where the radiator pipes were had been chewed from mice, I left to stay with my mum a few days as I was depressed living there and as I returned their was droppings in my actual bed. Absolutely disgusting service and I’m 28 now and have avoided ever renting anymore properties from them. Taken full advantage of a young single mum and her 2 young children, would they live in a place like that? Then have their bond taken after being left to live in an infested pit?! I don’t think so. I would avoid like the plague. Not to mention the bond they kept was never used for the kitchen and the place was rented out exactly how I left it to the next people, I actually visited them to give them the heads up and they were already planning on moving out. Funny that isn’t it. Horrible people, horrible landlord, corrupt selfish and heartless agency.

6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would rate negative if I could. Think Homes happens to be renting out a property adjacent to mine. The issue on their property resulted in cutting the water supply for my property for 3 full days now. The agency would not answer the phone "because people take rest at weekends", they would not return messages either. Eventually managed to speak to the admin person Adil who was not particularly helpful. The manager Asif Gul is not available and not returning my messages either. The attitude is atrocious, the level of not caring is second to none. Checked the company info on Companies House register, not impressive. Ended up reporting to the Environmental Health. Recommend to stay away.I do not think the business even cares about the reviews, just trying to warn potential customers.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If there was an option to give 0 stars i would, housing union needs to step in. £120 cleaning charge for blue tack that was already there. Fined £200 in council tax as they failed to inform and submit student exemption, made me homeless twice, £60 fee each time to get back in. Their emergency line failed to work and blamed it on the network. failed miserably at looking after their tenants and all the young women in my flat were subjected to a creepy uncle. Unsure how any of them sleep soundly. The state of the flat was gross while promoting a weekly cleaner. do better

She was prompt in responding to every enquiry and any question I had. A viewing was arranged quickly, and once I fell in love with the flat, the whole process was completed in no time. Aneesah guided me through every stage with professionalism, clarity and genuine commitment to her work. Her support made everything smooth and stress free. 20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Made an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

As a buyer, I had an excellent experience with them from the very first viewing right through to completion.<br><br>The entire process was handled in a very professional, friendly and efficient manner. From the initial viewing, the team were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, and they made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication throughout the purchase was excellent, and I always felt that I could rely on them whenever I had a question or needed an update.<br><br>What really stood out was how supportive and professional the team remained throughout the whole process, especially as the purchase progressed towards exchange and completion. They kept things moving, communicated clearly and were always approachable and helpful.<br><br>Buying a home can be a very stressful experience, but DPSH made the process much easier and more reassuring. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Hi everyone, I’m looking for help from landlords/property owners who may have dealt with Alphi Jacob Knight or Eric PVE Group in Manchester.<br><br>We handed our M1 apartment over to Alphi in July 2025 to manage a refurbishment and prepare the property for rental/ sale. I’m living away from Manchester and trusted them to manage the project and contractors on our behalf.<br>Unfortunately, almost a year later, the situation has become extremely difficult.<br>The property has been vacant for nearly 12 months. We have paid more than £40,000 in refurbishment-related costs, incurred over £3,000 in building management charges/fines following damage during the works, and lost a substantial amount of rental income.<br>D3 Group was introduced/appointed by Alphi to carry out the refurbishment, but when serious problems arose with the quality of work, delays and payments, we found ourselves caught between the different parties and there appeared to be significant disagreement over who was responsible.<br>Later, Eric/PVE became involved in managing/completing the remaining work. We paid approximately another £10,000 to PVE, but many of the issues we raised remained unresolved and we became increasingly concerned about the progress and quality of the work.<br>We have now terminated their involvement. They confirmed to us in writing that our keys and fobs would be returned, but we are still waiting for them – after 2 months.<br>We have kept extensive evidence, including emails, WhatsApp messages, invoices, payment records, photographs and records of the work and delays. We are now considering obtaining formal legal advice regarding recovery of our losses.<br>Has anyone here had experience with them, or a similar situation in Manchester?<br>I will report these to trading standards. But would appreciate recommendations for a solicitor experienced in property management/contractor disputes and advice on the best route for pursuing a substantial financial claim.<br>If anyone has dealt with the same companies and would prefer not to comment publicly, please feel free to message me privately.<br>Thank you — any advice would be greatly appreciated.
