We were impressed from Dan originally visiting us to sell our house in Bradford to all staff Clare, Louise and all the team have been professional, pleasant and their expertise in the field was excellent. Clare's advise and support in navigating us through the whole process was brilliant along with all the team. On behalf of my husband and I we would like to thank you all . 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We have just sold our flat which, due to the market and banks, took a long time. In the end we sold by auction. At all times, Nathan, Matt and Shaun at the Saltaire branch were very responsive, pleasant, helpful, and willing to discuss and give advice on our next strategy. On more than one occasion, the help was above and beyond what I assume is their job description, for instance when the final completion was done in a rush, Nathan went round to the flat to check I had left nothing behind. Many thanks.
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I am very pleased with the service I received from Amanda and the team in William H Brown Wibsey. Amanda is always very responsive and highly professional at all times. She is always very calm and understanding even when things go pear-shaped. I had the initial buyer step back quite late in the sales process and Amanda found a replacement buyer quite quickly. She was really proactive and liaised between the eventual buyer, me, and the solicitors very well (the buyer’s solicitor was a challenge as she stayed in first gear right until completion). Amanda is a star and I thoroughly recommend contacting her for property sales in the Bradford area.

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced

At the end we were forced to get environmental health involved , we moved out ..some issues still remain. 0 stars- 22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jessica at William H Brown. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jessica was professional, approachable, and always kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she was always quick to respond, and she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome. I truly can’t recommend her enough – a real credit to the team at William H Brown!
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Complete waste of time. Misrepresented the commercial listing-stated it has a bath as well but non existent bath/toilet. Wasted 3 hours as we travelled from a different city. Not recommended.- 7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Landlord and tenants be aware. Would never use these for anything. Booked an appointment to view a property they confirmed with the landlord whilst I was on the other line. Come day and time of the appointment some aggressive man answered the phone telling me I didn't leave a contact number. It's not my job to ask what details you need from me I'm not sure what your office protocol is, your receptionist should ask for all details when booking an appointment. He proceeded by giving me an example of if I'm in Manchester and property in Bradford how am I supposed to confirm well that's an internal issue not mine. I could have booked time off work, travelled from afar and the arrogant man on the phone said we'll call you back bro and hung up ????

Very professional and friendly at all games Would definitely a million percent use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends A job well done thank you homelets
28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I'm a first time renter and have had a brilliant experience with everyone at Martin & Co Saltaire so far! Special shout out to Carol who has helped me throughout the whole process. Carol arranged the viewing for me and was present from the beginning. As a first time renter I had an abundance of questions, some of them probably a bit silly but she had so much patience with me. Carol was in constant communication from application right the way up until collecting my keys and explained everything well. Carol was also kind enough to allow me to have a second viewing once the existing tenant had moved out and when I identified a few things that might need repairing she was again fully on it and in constant communication which made me feel reassured that I could count on Martin &Co throughout my entire tenancy. Thank you Carol and the rest of the team at Martin & Co, I am very happy in my new home!

From the moment we spoke, Lee was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, instantly making the process feel smooth and well organised. When we were shown around the property, his attention to detail and understanding of what we were looking for really stood out and it gave us great confidence in both him and the company. What impressed me the most was how Lee consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase. He regularly sent updates by email, often at times when I wasn’t expecting them, just to keep me in the loop and to make sure I always knew what stage we were at. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making the process as stress-free and straightforward as possible. Every time I reached out to him with a question or for an update, he was quick to respond, helpful, and always reassuring. His recommendations at every step were thoughtful, clear, and incredibly useful, and it was evident that he really knew what he was talking about. Having someone so reliable and proactive on our side made such a difference and helped us feel confident and supported from start to finish. Buying a house can often feel overwhelming, but Lee made it feel easy, and for that I am extremely grateful. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. It felt like we were being treat like criminals and we had to prove our innocence. Apart from that, it would be 5 stars.

Sarah, our estate agent, was incredible from our first viewing right down to collecting the keys. She was informative, explaining everything so that we understood it and answered all our queries really quickly. She was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed any advice or to direct us to the right person. We didn’t feel any pressure, Sarah was super relaxed and friendly, and we’re really pleased we had her to help us purchase our first home!
