15th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Had to ring agent to ask about viewings when completed. They initially were focused and enthusiastic but later on it seemed to be more of a hinderance trying to sell our house.
29th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)If I could give 10 stars I would, the service and all the staff are fantastic. Jon was understanding and kept me up to date at all times. This is the second time I've used them and would recommend them every time. Thank you for everything
29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

21st Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. After I moved out, the agency made false and exaggerated damage claims — including issues like black mould that I had reported earlier and the landlord refused to fix. Despite multiple reminders, they have still not provided the final inspection report, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have full proof of all conversations and the property’s condition. Their handling of the deposit and communication has been extremely poor. I do not recommend this agency.

We had viewings within 48 hours of the property going on the market and offers within the price ranged recommended by the agent, taking our thoughts on value into consideration, on the same day as the viewings. He has kept in touch with us through out the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

I was extremely disappointed at the after care and no update regarding my sale. I didn't get a single viewer. I kept my home for 2 months with Footprints hoping I would get a viewer. I am glad I didn't have a contract because I changed and got 2 views in less than week.
