5th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)I paid my last months rent despite the house being empty in good faith, to then have them try and wangle your deposit from you after you went above and beyond to leave the house in a better condition than you got it and worse part is only lived there 8 months, I had 80% house freshly painted, had brand new oven fitted, left fitted blinds and matching lightshades and they STILL try and rinse you! It's really bad I am absolutely gutted!

15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)The initial valuation meeting was very relaxed and the agent was very personable- the reason why we chose to go with this company over several other agents. Communication has been good and dealing with the same person has made it feel stress free.

Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
