They provide periodic inspection reports with detailed photos, so any issues in the property are picked up early. Highly recommended.

25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

Will kept us up to date with any offers and viewings, and gave great insight into final offers which enabled us to make an informed decision for final sale. Sam was amazing at showing viewings round, great local knowledge and really listened about specific house details. Overall the whole team have been wonderful and cannot fault their knowledge, listing or communication. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend

Despite numerous challenges that were no fault of hers, Vicky remained positive and professional at all times. She was upbeat, solution focussed and never once lost heart or patience with me. You only find out how good someone is when they come up against a problem and I can tell you - Vicky and the team at Maynard’s are absolutely first class!
6th May 2026 (2 days ago)I was incredibly disappointed by Your Move Hinckley. It was quite clear that they considered the landlord a higher priority than tenants. Throughout my tenancy, I found the quality and timeliness of communication to be poor. There are plenty of examples that I could draw on. For example, when a brown fluid was leaking out in our bathroom, Your Move determined that fixing it was not a priority. At this time, we were told that a lack of heating in winter would be a priority. However, when our boiler failed that December, we were advised that we were still not a priority. The end of our tenancy was a shambles. They failed to confirm receipt of our keys and were sluggish to return our deposit. It felt like we were being passed between teams, none of whom were keen to help. I do not recommend this outfit at all.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.
