19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
19th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

18th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)PRG were down to earth and honest from the start. They took all the hassle away from me once I gave them all the details. They kept me up to date with progress and made the whole experience easy. They also had a solicitor on site which again meant I could easily have them deal with the full sale without me having to shop around and deal with separate people. A full and easy seamless transaction dealt with for me easily. I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. The services they provided were excellent, great team, always very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn’t have made the whole process from beginning to end any easier. 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.
