She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

Callum Sloan from the property management team has been super helpful and very professional at dealing with any our questions & getting any issues resolved as soon as possible. Overall, a great experience so far.

Ultimately we wanted the best price coupled with the reassurance our sale was in safe hands. The team at Slater Hogg Candleriggs did a wonderful job and we were delighted with the service we received and ultimately the offer we got. Fergus their Valuer is a wealth of knowledge and knows the city market inside out. Tegan and Elaine in the office kept in touch throughout the process and were instrumental in negotiating offers. I would absolutely recommend using them for selling any property in the city.

- 17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Had a 5 ?? experience from start to finish. Initially dealt with Mark who arranged promptly to get my flat on the market. Sophie then dealt with all negotiations and helped guide me through the process as a first time seller. I felt extremely supported in every decision I made and my flat was sold at closing date after being on the market exactly 1 week. I truly believe this was all down to Mark, Sophie and the rest of the team being so skilled and proactive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch/team and would use again in the future. They made what could have been a stressful time very straight forward!

He is very detail-oriented, professional and friendly and provided support beyond expectatons. I cannot recommend him enough.

Having been burnt previously by exceptionally poor service from DJA it has been a huge improvement to move to a professional service which manages property letting efficiently & professionally. Amanda Currie is my current property manager and is doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

Daryl kept us informed and managed viewings, which greatly reduced any pressure for us as owners. For value for money and professionalism I would highly recommend Castle Residential for both renting and selling.

10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The firm came recommended by a friend and I was very impressed by the service offered, especially that of Abbey who explained everything and kept the purchase moving along. The fees were outlined clearly and honestly and there were no hidden charges (as I had been warned by friends/colleagues from other companies). Abbey was professional, friendly and very quick to respond to all my queries. Thanks to everyone at Dallas McMillan and especially to Abbey! Will definitely be using again for any future requirements.

From our initial meeting right through to the sale of our property, Stefan was so knowledgeable and was on hand to support us as and when we needed it. He answered any questions, assuaged any concerns we had and helped us achieve our goal of a quick turnaround by getting the property on the market within 4 days of appointing him as our estate agent and then getting a record sale on our property within 8 days. Very happy we decided to appoint Batchelor's as our estate agents!

I knew from reviews that they would deliver an excellent service and I can now say that I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Within the first day of contacting Elevate, Joanne and her team had arranged the photographer and contacted the surveyor. By that evening, I had received a detailed timeline and overview of the process. Communication has been fantastic and the team have been so supportive and informative, which was really helpful especially as a first-time seller. My property sold within the week of going live! I am so grateful to Joanne and Sharon and the whole team. Buying and selling property can be an incredibly stressful process, but their professionalism and excellent customer service truly alleviated so much of that stress. Thank you so much!!

Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Connaire helped us sell our house at the Cowglen development in Glasgow. He was fantastic from start to finish. Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
