Callum Sloan from the property management team has been super helpful and very professional at dealing with any our questions & getting any issues resolved as soon as possible. Overall, a great experience so far.
13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Having been an estate agent myself for 10 years, I knew what to look for in an agent when it came to selling our Penthouse apartment in Glasgow City centre. Ultimately we wanted the best price coupled with the reassurance our sale was in safe hands. The team at Slater Hogg Candleriggs did a wonderful job and we were delighted with the service we received and ultimately the offer we got. Fergus their Valuer is a wealth of knowledge and knows the city market inside out. Tegan and Elaine in the office kept in touch throughout the process and were instrumental in negotiating offers. I would absolutely recommend using them for selling any property in the city.

Afterwards we were contacted throughout the sale from Ellece, who was an absolute star and could not have be more helpful throughout the process. So glad we chose residence.

They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional but also very thoughtful to our family in what was a difficult situation. Nicola was always there at the end of the phone with advice and reassurance as the selling process advanced, I could not recommend them highly enough, a definite five stars.

Their staff are polite, professional, responsible, and hardworking. Every time I communicate with them, I feel respected and completely stress-free. Even after I had to withdraw my offer, their team remained approachable, understanding, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Daryl kept us informed and managed viewings, which greatly reduced any pressure for us as owners. For value for money and professionalism I would highly recommend Castle Residential for both renting and selling.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 9th Jun 2019 (6 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. Pretty poor behaviour for a human being never mind a business owner.
23rd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning???????????? It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.
4th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)It is 39 years since we bought or sold a property. The information and support we received from Mark and his team, was superb. The communication of viewings was excellent, we had 44 viewings in a week and Melissa kept us informed at all stages.
6th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I have a property that David and Emma manage. I have been very happy with their level of service and ease of the whole process. If you want a Property Management company that will make the whole process simple and straight forward. Then i recommend ProBrook Properties.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Connaire helped us sell our house at the Cowglen development in Glasgow. He was fantastic from start to finish. Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
