She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Callum Sloan from the property management team has been super helpful and very professional at dealing with any our questions & getting any issues resolved as soon as possible. Overall, a great experience so far.

Ultimately we wanted the best price coupled with the reassurance our sale was in safe hands. The team at Slater Hogg Candleriggs did a wonderful job and we were delighted with the service we received and ultimately the offer we got. Fergus their Valuer is a wealth of knowledge and knows the city market inside out. Tegan and Elaine in the office kept in touch throughout the process and were instrumental in negotiating offers. Having been burnt previously by exceptionally poor service from DJA it has been a huge improvement to move to a professional service which manages property letting efficiently & professionally. Amanda Currie is my current property manager and is doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

Their staff are polite, professional, responsible, and hardworking. Every time I communicate with them, I feel respected and completely stress-free. Even after I had to withdraw my offer, their team remained approachable, understanding, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. Daryl kept us informed and managed viewings, which greatly reduced any pressure for us as owners. 18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I first approached Barry about selling our West End flat in the summer of 2024. Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

The firm came recommended by a friend and I was very impressed by the service offered, especially that of Abbey who explained everything and kept the purchase moving along. The fees were outlined clearly and honestly and there were no hidden charges (as I had been warned by friends/colleagues from other companies). Abbey was professional, friendly and very quick to respond to all my queries. Thanks to everyone at Dallas McMillan and especially to Abbey! Will definitely be using again for any future requirements.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

David was always available for questions & the photos/videos taken of the property were of excellent quality which led to a clear & attractive property listing. Within hours of the listing going live there were viewings booked in, with offers received from all viewings & an offer substantially above Home Report accepted within 3 days. I would have no hesitation recommending Coats & Hall to anyone looking to sell their property.

It took a couple of years for us to find a house in the local area that met our requirements, so we got to experience the excellent service provided by the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential when viewing properties over that period. They were by far the most professional of all the companies we came across and they always found a way to fit us in, even when very limited options for viewing were available that we could attend. Since we wanted to have the best possible pool of potential purchasers for selling our house we decided to use Nicola Kennedy Residential. We were delighted with the service throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and went to closing date with offer accepted in less than 2 weeks We were regularly kept up to date, including after we accepted an offer, which was very helpful since we ended up in a short chain.
