Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

All members of stuff have been extremely helpful while negotiating the lease and also at the time of moving out. In particular, Anne Meagan, my assigned property manager, was very efficient whenever a repair needed to be carried out.

Richard came out to value our house and explained everything clearly so we could understand the process. Zoe could not have been anymore helpful, keeping me updated with the viewings and answering any questions I had. Janice and Ben were also so helpful with booking in the viewings and making sure it was suitable for me! I also recommend David, their mortgage advisor, he has kept me sane the whole process of the mortgage. He explained everything in detail. I cannot thank all the team enough for the help and effort they have put in to selling my home and get our mortgage in process for our next property. Nothing is a bother to any of them and they are always on the ball! Thanks so much again to everyone at slater Hogg dennistoun.

I recently had my first flat inspection with our property manager Amanda Currie. She was very helpful and assured me she would be on hand to help with any problems in the future.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! 24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We chose Pacitti Jones as their online portal is super helpful, they have excellent local knowledge of properties and the market, and Shona kept us informed, answered any and all questions we had (there were lots!). We got the offer we wanted within a few weeks of putting our flat on the market. They made the entire experience really easy and managed our expectations very well. Highly recommend considering PJ as your next estate agents of you're buying/selling in Dennistoun.

His approach is entirely customer-focused, and his level of service goes far beyond what most agents deliver. He recently sold a family property that was deeply sentimental to me, and the care he showed throughout the process was exceptional. Scott personally handled everything from selecting the photos and writing the listing content to conducting every viewing himself. The result was a sale handled with real understanding, tact and professionalism. From his first valuation and market guidance to achieving nearly 10% over the Home Report value, every part of his work was first class. Scott is a pleasure to work with, outstanding at what he does, and my go-to estate agent in Scotland. I’d recommend him without hesitation.

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!

Provided great background to their business and knowledge of local market without trying to oversell. Managed to sell our property for great price over home report and provided great guidance throughout. Would definitely recommend for anyone selling their house in the local area.
