She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

What really stood out was how quickly they generated interest and secured strong offers — my property ended up selling for over the Home Report value, which I was absolutely delighted with. We were kept informed about when viewings were taking place, we sat back and it was taken care of. We also received good advice on the initial offer, and we got a price we were happy with.
17th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Had a 5 ?? experience from start to finish. Initially dealt with Mark who arranged promptly to get my flat on the market. Sophie then dealt with all negotiations and helped guide me through the process as a first time seller. I felt extremely supported in every decision I made and my flat was sold at closing date after being on the market exactly 1 week. I truly believe this was all down to Mark, Sophie and the rest of the team being so skilled and proactive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch/team and would use again in the future. They made what could have been a stressful time very straight forward!

He is very detail-oriented, professional and friendly and provided support beyond expectatons. I cannot recommend him enough.

From the very beginning, Tony and the team provided invaluable advice and support, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out was their commitment to going above and beyond at every stage. The level of customer service was exceptional — always attentive, professional, and responsive. It was clear that they truly cared about getting the best outcome for me. The results spoke for themselves — my flat sold extremely quickly and at a price that far exceeded my expectations. Having been burnt previously by exceptionally poor service from DJA it has been a huge improvement to move to a professional service which manages property letting efficiently & professionally. Amanda Currie is my current property manager and is doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

10th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I first approached Barry about selling our West End flat in the summer of 2024. Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

From our initial meeting right through to the sale of our property, Stefan was so knowledgeable and was on hand to support us as and when we needed it. He answered any questions, assuaged any concerns we had and helped us achieve our goal of a quick turnaround by getting the property on the market within 4 days of appointing him as our estate agent and then getting a record sale on our property within 8 days. Very happy we decided to appoint Batchelor's as our estate agents!

22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Due to unavoidable circumstances, the sale of my property was delayed for a year. However, Lyndsay contacted me regularly to check in and offer help/support if needed. Once I was ready to sell, both Lyndsay and Alex moved very quickly to visit, take photos and arrange the Home Report. I received 4 excellent offers from the first arranged viewings and the property was sold within the first week. I highly recommend Moving as an Estate Agents and would definitely use them again.

From the very beginning, it was clear they take a genuinely customer-first approach, and that really sets them apart. They also helped me find my first home, which is something I’ll always be grateful for — it’s an experience that means a lot to me, and for that they’ll always have a special place in my journey. Whenever any issues arose, they were handled quickly and efficiently. Communication was always prompt, and you could tell they actually cared about resolving problems properly rather than just ticking boxes. Every concern I raised was taken seriously and actioned without unnecessary delays, which made a big difference. What stands out most is that they’re a small, family-run business, and it shows in the level of service you receive. Everything feels more personal, attentive, and considerate compared to larger agencies where you can feel like just another tenant. The whole team — from Olga, Giuseppe and Pippa to the staff working behind the scenes — do a fantastic job. They are all genuine, caring and professional people, and it really shows in the way they operate. Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.
27th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Connaire helped us sell our house at the Cowglen development in Glasgow. He was fantastic from start to finish. Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
