3rd Dec 2014 (11 years ago)We sold our house with Carver Knowles earlier this year and would thoroughly recommend them. We asked a number of estate agents to value our house before putting it on the market and Carver Knowles were one of them. From the first time we contacted Carver Knowles they were helpful, took the time to listen to us and gave us their honest opinion. We chose to put our house on the market with Carver Knowles and they continued to impress us. They kept us informed with planned viewings and followed up with feedback from each viewing – never once did we have to chase them! Our house sale went through very smoothly and we believe this was due to Carver Knowles’ efficiency in communicating with all parties involved, ensuring nothing was neglected. We would definitely recommend Carver Knowles as a proactive, efficient estate agent.

29th May 2020 (5 years ago)Paul’s expertise in the commercial property field was instrumental in helping me to obtain a change of use, and planning permission for my Grade 2 Listed building. He used his wealth of experience to prepare a report to submit to the planners to find “the optimum viable use” of my building. That is not as simple as it sounds, as the building being Listed has many restrictions. However, Paul using his local knowledge and experience prepared a list of possible options. The Planning Committee valued his report, and permission was granted. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services unreservedly.
