I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price

From the start they kept us informed and were always kind and respectful. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for a property in the area!

The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience — tenants deserve far better.- 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)My partner and I are first time buyers and spoke with Craig Legge very early on with little to no knowledge of the process and he has been incredibly helpful and informative throughout. From initial discussions early in the process to submitting our mortgage application and offer acceptance. Even after our offer has been made he continues to offer support with any questions and I cannot recommend him enough. We have had a brilliant process with Perry Bishop throughout and everyone has been amazing!
- 21st Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)The property we let is managed by Martin and Co. Whenever we have an issue, the maintenance team are quick to sort it, usually within 24 hours. We had a problem with our power this morning and they had an electrician around in just a few hours from when I reported the issue. This team is efficient and kind! Highly recommend

2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away- 30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)All the staff at Farr & Farr, Hucclecote were always pleasant, easy to converse with and professional in their approach. They always found time to listen to me, and to explain exactly the procedures to expect throughout the entire process of selling and buying properties. I have to give a special mention to Craig - who really kept the whole process together, liasing with all parties concerned. Thank you Team, for all your hard work!

Nothing is too much trouble, communication superb, 100% professional and helpful. Would definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you again guys n gals. The marketing process was quick and straightforward, generating plenty of suitable interest. The tenancy agreement and overall set-up were handled smoothly and stress-free. Selena has always been readily available to work alongside us and the tenants whenever maintenance has been required, ensuring everything is dealt with efficiently. The marketing material and photos were first class, and the advice as to how to pitch our property was spot on. So much so that we had seven viewings booked within the first week, although as it turned out the first couple to view offered to buy it at the full list price and the deal was done! Can't recommend them highly enough.
