16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful service and completely unprofessional. I arranged a room viewing in Gloucester on Monday for Saturday at 11:30am. They refused to do video viewings or even send videos of the property and insisted I travel in person from Oxford. I spent money booking train tickets and was already on the train Saturday morning when they suddenly called to cancel the viewing. Their excuse was that the tenant in that particular room was sick. However, they had already told me there were multiple rooms available, so there was absolutely no reason the other rooms could not have been shown. Then they started saying they were supposed to give notice to other tenants, something they clearly failed to do because of their own incompetence. This company wasted my time, money, and an entire day because they cannot organise basic communication properly. Professionalism is nonexistent. Avoid these people completely if you value your time or expect any level of reliability.

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. On several occasions, staff laughed at me while I was trying to discuss genuine concerns about the property, which left me feeling humiliated and upset. The situation became so difficult that my electrician refused to continue dealing with them because of how rude and dismissive they were. The property on Thames Road also failed its electrical inspections, and I was very concerned about what I considered to be serious safety issues. Despite raising these concerns, they were unwilling to negotiate or engage in any meaningful discussion. Instead of listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed at every opportunity. The entire experience left me in tears, and I would not recommend this estate agent based on how I was treated. I believe customers deserve to be spoken to with respect, especially when raising legitimate concerns about the condition and safety of a property.
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

They were committed to our house sale all the way through to completion.
- 1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!

We had maximum support , never lied too, they were completely honest. We made friends with the team. We have to add , that although all the team worked for us , that the lovely Craig , hucclecote office was an absolute star ?. He updated us on our purchase most days, answering all our questions , and gave support all through our worries , he went above and beyond , an asset to the company

7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)Updated review I was with Belvoir as a tenant for more than 15 years. Georgia Stephens has been part of that journey for many of those years I will admit that, when the company changed hands and they lost Nicola I was concerned However, Georgia has turned out to be a real asset for Belvoir. She understands that tenants are humans, and she shows empathy and care in her dealings and communications. She has gone above and beyond for me over the years, while still staying impartial and looking after the landlords interests and being open and fair. I am now in a new property, not under the remit of Belvoir. I can’t give glowing reports for everyone - but Georgia absolutely deserves it - her service and approach has at times restored my faith in Belvoir and has injected a much needed personable approach. I hope that they recognise this and she is equally appreciated there by her colleagues and superiors!

Phone calls, or voice mails always then backed up with an email. Support with all elements to ensure a smooth running and quick sale. The price recommended for the property was well judged and the sale went through with no hiccups, I believe mainly due to the consistent and efficient service given by Niamh O'Donoghue at Thomas and Thomas.

They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.
