James made us extremely relaxed and using his extensive property knowledge pointed out many details that we would have missed. I will definately be recommending Murrays to friends wishing to purchase in the Stroud valleys.

Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

Raph took care of me through the whole process and was very supportive through some conveyancing complications. Having dealt with a lot of local agents while viewing properties, Murray’s from first contact felt the most professional & attentive. I instantly felt in safe hands and was very happy they had the property I ended up going for ! Which is no surprise as they always represent the most gorgeous properties in the area. Thanks Murray’s , would 100% recommend and will return when it comes to moving on without a doubt.

They were were accessible, proactive in communication and supportive throughout and were happy to field our questions and deal with our frustrations. We really appreciate how this impacted on our move and how it made us feel. We will definitely be recommending David James to friends in the area when they come to move.

Not at any point did I feel that I had chosen the wrong agent out of my choice of 3. From start to finish, I felt to have had such a professional, genuine, caring service. Selling the home that you have loved, with heart and soul for 25 years, is never easy, but with all the help and guidance I had along the way, from the recommendation of a great solicitor, a 'loft insulation' issue, to a few other hurdles, and quirks, Clive took it all in his stride, and achieved a great sale, to a really wonderful family. I could not be happier to recommend Sawyers more, for their genuine straight up attitudes, years of collective knowledge of the business, a very hard working team, and their overall care in general. We were listened to and understood, supplied with an exceptional brochure to accompany their knowledgeable viewing representatives. We were always provided with full and accurate feedback information from viewings plus regular updates to current market information. When we received an offer, it came with the Partner's assessment and recommendation of how to proceed, along with ample help and attention through our exchange through to completion, Many thanks and compliments to the whole Cirencester team and we would definitely recommend Butler Sherborn.

From the start they kept us informed and were always kind and respectful. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for a property in the area!
23rd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)We just moved house and two of the properties in our chain were through Parkers Stroud, including the one we were purchasing. These sales were being managed by Matt Flemming. We had to try to get this chain through to completion before Christmas because our buyers were in temporary accommodation with relatives. This only gave us 9 weeks to get everything completed, which in the current market conditions was almost impossible. Matt was absolutely superhuman in managing the whole chain almost single handed. In the last 2 weeks of the process, Matt called us every day to update us and share progress. He dealt with the sellers, buyers, other estate agents and the solicitors. Unbelievably the process was completed within the 9 week target, mainly due to the unwavering commitment of Matt. I would strongly recommend using Matt Flemming at Parkers Stroud, whether you are buying or selling, he gets the job done.

From initial discussions early in the process to submitting our mortgage application and offer acceptance. Even after our offer has been made he continues to offer support with any questions and I cannot recommend him enough. We have had a brilliant process with Perry Bishop throughout and everyone has been amazing!
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away

The process took much longer than we'd expected, however, the communication at every stage was excellent and the advice provided was always helpful.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Jamie and the team helped us to buy our first home and couldn’t recommend the Hunter French Tetbury team enough. We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later. We will certainly reach out to the team if we need any help selling/buying in future. Thanks again to the Tetbury team for their help and support throughout what can be a stressful process !

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)This is a brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us fully informed throughout the process. The marketing material and photos were first class, and the advice as to how to pitch our property was spot on. So much so that we had seven viewings booked within the first week, although as it turned out the first couple to view offered to buy it at the full list price and the deal was done! Can't recommend them highly enough.
