26th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Hi all, reviewing this company home cloud and appreciation and gratitude of Gemma, she been helpful, polite and responsive to aspects of working along side as sub contractor to carry out various task and plumbing, she has an understanding of works and knowledge. Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)These guys do an amazing job. I purchased a do-er upper large house from them, and Kieran put in so much effort to make it go smoothly. From the initial house tour specially scheduled to our schedule to handling my unusual offer, Kieran really went the extra mile.<br><br>Whilst other agencies would probably have said 'here is a form to fill out' and left it at that, Kieran handled the whole process and dealt with the internal company paperwork and processes with ease.<br><br>Every few days Kieran was checking in with us (buyers) but also with the sellers, both sets of solicitors, various surveyors, etc - figuring out who was holding up the process and getting things moving again.<br><br>The total amount of work done was high compared to the selling fee - I'd say one is getting good value for money here too.

4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)My sister and I instructed Murrays estate agents in Stroud to deal with the sale of my late mother’s house and were very pleased with their highly efficient service. Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

Mark went above and beyond, he answered all our questions, and offered reassurance and guidance when needed. He gave us regular updates and helped keep the whole process moving, and we appreciated the clear communication he facilitated between all parties.<br><br>As first time buyers, we were told this would be one of the most stressful times in our lives, but as we felt truly looked after, we could enjoy the exciting process.<br><br>Thank you very much Mark and the Moore Allen & Innocent team. We love our house!

Calm and straightforward when we offered and in dealing with negotiations. He’s also been really helpful, patient, and responsive as we’ve tried to work through everything with two sets of solicitors. Thanks to Finley and the rest of the team as well. Everyone has been super friendly and professional.
29th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Straight forward to deal with when selling with Parkers. Had to chase for feedback from viewings sometimes but once we sold they were incredible at keeping things moving by chasing solicitors and our buyer to keep momentum

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

He has been proactive in arranging any work that has been needed and responsive to enquiries and interactions with the various tenants.- 2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I've had a great experience with Perry Bishop both as a tenant and later as a buyer. Throughout both journeys, the team were professional, responsive and easy to deal with.<br><br>As a tenant, Jeff Emerson was always quick to respond to any issues and resolved them efficiently. The checkout process was also incredibly smooth, with my deposit returned just 72 hours after I moved out.<br><br>When buying my home, I was fortunate to have Sam Smith as the Sales Progressor. She couldn't have been more helpful especially during a few challenging points in the process. Sam was professional, proactive and always on hand to answer my questions and keep things moving. Her support and positive approach made a real difference.<br><br>I'd happily recommend Perry Bishop to anyone looking to rent or buy a home.

As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.

From start to finish, she has been absolutely outstanding throughout what turned into a very long and often challenging nine-month house-moving journey.<br><br>Stef was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She kept us informed throughout the process, was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to keep everything moving forward. 26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.
