26th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Hi all, reviewing this company home cloud and appreciation and gratitude of Gemma, she been helpful, polite and responsive to aspects of working along side as sub contractor to carry out various task and plumbing, she has an understanding of works and knowledge. Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

It was easy enough to organise viewings and when we put in our offer Kieran became our main point of contact who was super helpful throughout especially given we were first time buyers. He followed up with us throughout the process, liaised with the buyer and solicitors aswell as further down the chain to ensure we always knew what was going on. Thanks Kieran!!

4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)My sister and I instructed Murrays estate agents in Stroud to deal with the sale of my late mother’s house and were very pleased with their highly efficient service. Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

20th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I wholeheartedly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property. My cottage, whilst beautiful was very niche and took a while to sell in this challenging market. Their marketing was second to none. The photos great and 360 video looked really professional. Clive, Helio and the support team were straight forward to work with and I trusted the advice they offered me. They made me feel I was client. Importantly, I always knew what was happening, they are proactive and genuinely on top of the details. My previous experience with other agents in the Stroud area was disappointing. They all had excellent skills in winning my business but lacked follow through once they had my property to market.
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

Easily available on the telephone and more than willing to spend time discussing matters that crop up from time to time and always mindful of the needs of the tenant as well as the owner. 22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We can’t thank Christian enough for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism he showed while helping us sell my late brother’s property. As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.

Georgia Stephens has been part of that journey for many of those years I will admit that, when the company changed hands and they lost Nicola I was concerned However, Georgia has turned out to be a real asset for Belvoir. She understands that tenants are humans, and she shows empathy and care in her dealings and communications. She has gone above and beyond for me over the years, while still staying impartial and looking after the landlords interests and being open and fair. I am now in a new property, not under the remit of Belvoir. I can’t give glowing reports for everyone - but Georgia absolutely deserves it - her service and approach has at times restored my faith in Belvoir and has injected a much needed personable approach. I hope that they recognise this and she is equally appreciated there by her colleagues and superiors!

Phone calls, or voice mails always then backed up with an email. Support with all elements to ensure a smooth running and quick sale. The price recommended for the property was well judged and the sale went through with no hiccups, I believe mainly due to the consistent and efficient service given by Niamh O'Donoghue at Thomas and Thomas.
