4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Sarah Parry and team provided an excellent service through the buying process. Sarah was a great help, regularly checked in with the seller and us to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and chasing missing responses and information we needed to keep us all on track for a very quick completion. Definitely to be highly recommended for service.
The Elliotts
August 2026
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I requested services from a mortgage advisor as a first time buyer. Michael was very helpful and patient, he answered all my questions and made the buying process a lot less daunting.
12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! The property i moved into was disgusting, obviously hadn't been cleaned, and worn down to the bones. I didn't actually have running hot water when I moved in, but was promised someone would be out to fix it in the month I moved in..... three months later they sent someone to look at the boiler, and that person barely got it to limping. They're slow to respond and like to act like it's not their problem. I had reported multiple issues in multiple ways about the property only for my person to turn around and say there was never anything reported about that property. The only time they actually looked at having my very basic needs sorted was when I threatened to withhold rent and get legal advice. Go to anyone else. Literally anyone else. I'd recommend squatting before I'd EVER recommend these awful people. I'm so glad I didn't use them before and I wish I moved out of their property and into a maintained one earlier.
26th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I’ve worked with number of staff at Martins over the years and they have always provided great service. They are responsive, helpful and professional in their approach and services. Thanks.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Nick Griffith Estate agents were professional, easy to contact and talk to and most importantly sold my house in a very short time. I was kept well informed throughout. They worked hard to liaise with all relevant parties which speeded up the process. I give my especial thanks to Layla. I would recommend them as the best estate agents I have had contact with.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I rented through cj hole for over 3 years in Cheltenham. I just want to say, the agents are extremely helpful especially Sigita and Nathan (my 2 main points of contact). Sigita was the manager for the flat i was in, she was very responsive and communicative and has dealt with every single thing very promptly and helpfully. And same with Nathan, he didnt manage the flat i was in, but had been also a direct point of contact for me at CJ hole and was always supportive in times of need. Thank you Sigita and Nathan for making my rental period very nice and smooth! The flat itself was given to me in a great state and it was very lovely and comfortable to live in for the period of time i was there. I recommend!- 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Mia was outstanding from start to finish. Her customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer questions, provide updates, and offer reassurance whenever needed. What really stood out was the genuine care and dedication she showed; she consistently went above and beyond and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her persistence and determination to keep things moving forward and get things over the line was truly impressive. She was also incredibly professional and patient when dealing with other parties involved in the transaction. I couldn't be more grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients and delivers an exceptional level of service.
