Raph took care of me through the whole process and was very supportive through some conveyancing complications. Having dealt with a lot of local agents while viewing properties, Murray’s from first contact felt the most professional & attentive. I instantly felt in safe hands and was very happy they had the property I ended up going for ! Which is no surprise as they always represent the most gorgeous properties in the area. Thanks Murray’s , would 100% recommend and will return when it comes to moving on without a doubt.

25th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)?????<br><br>My experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing.<br><br>The handling of my tenancy deposit was frustrating from start to finish. I had to repeatedly chase for updates, supporting invoices and the return of my deposit. The undisputed portion of my deposit was only returned after numerous follow-ups, and key invoices were only provided months later.<br><br>The most concerning part was the cleaning. I specifically used the agency’s recommended end of tenancy cleaner and paid over £200, including an additional amount after the cleaner inspected the property, to ensure the property met their expected standard and to avoid exactly this type of dispute.<br><br>Despite this, I was later charged additional cleaning costs through my tenancy deposit. To make matters worse, the cleaning company later informed me that they were forced by the letting agency to raise an additional invoice for the extra cleaning. As a tenant, it is impossible to understand why I was expected to pay the cleaner directly and then effectively pay again through my deposit for further cleaning carried out by the same cleaner.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, communication was poor, and I was left feeling that the system was heavily weighted against the tenant. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to document everything, keep all receipts and correspondence, and carefully scrutinise any proposed deposit deductions.

Their approach to selling our home was a breath of fresh air and completely changed our expectations of what an estate agent should be.<br><br>From our very first meeting, Laura took the time to explain how we could present our home to achieve the best possible price and attract the right buyers. Her advice was practical, honest and incredibly valuable, and the marketing they created was unlike anything we’d seen before. It really showcased our home and generated fantastic interest.<br><br>One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. The WhatsApp updates were brilliant – after every viewing we received prompt feedback, knew exactly what buyers thought, and were kept fully informed of any interest or offers. We always felt involved and never had to chase for updates.<br><br>The team also took care of every viewing from start to finish, which made the whole process so much easier and far less disruptive. Knowing our home was being professionally presented every time gave us real confidence.<br><br>Moving house is never completely stress-free, but Laura and her team somehow managed to make us feel calm, reassured and in control throughout. Their professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for their clients really set them apart.<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling your home, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Love Property. 29th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.
